As my time in Umhlanga comes to an end, I decided to treat myself to a solo dinner at Butcher Boys Grill — a local gem known for its top-notch steaks and incredible ambiance. It was the perfect way to wrap up my stay and indulge in some truly delicious food.

Starter: Crispy Prawn Tails
I began my meal with the Crispy Prawn Tails — de-shelled prawns that were crumbed and flash-fried to perfection. The accompanying honey, soy, and ginger dipping sauce was a delightful contrast to the crispiness of the prawns. It was a simple but satisfying starter to kick off the evening.

Main Course: 700g Dry Aged T-Bone
For the main event, I went for the 700g Dry Aged T-Bone — a hefty, flavorful cut that truly stole the show. Cooked just right, every bite was juicy and tender, bursting with the deep, rich flavors of dry aging. The Mustard Mash and Creamed Spinach were the ideal sides, perfectly complementing the steak's richness. I couldn't have asked for a better main course.
