As soon as I arrived at Rufiji River Camp, I knew this place would be something special. Nestled on the banks of the Rufiji River in the heart of Nyerere National Park, this camp truly captures the wild spirit of Tanzania. The camp's rustic charm, surrounded by the untouched beauty of the bush, offers an experience like no other.

Rufiji River Camp isn't just a place to stay—it's where you become a part of nature. With no fences between the wildlife and the camp, it's not uncommon to spot elephants, hippos, or even crocodiles right from your tent!
